Prior Creative Images, LLC is owned and operated by Loren & Gail Jones, and is the artistic embodiment of over thirty years of photography by Loren. Loren began his fascination with photography at the age of 12 and began assisting professional photographers when he was 15. He was first admitted to Minnesota Professional Photographers Association (MPPA) at age 17 after opening his first studio in his parent's home. He worked his way through college and graduate school serving a growing list of portrait, wedding and commercial photography clients.
For over almost 40 years Loren has produced images of people, places and events that preserve those important memories, for enjoyment today and by future generations. As a father, he appreciates the importance of capturing those fleeting moments of the growing years that our children pass through all too quickly, as well as those once-in-a-lifetime events such as graduations, weddings and milestone anniversaries.
Gail is an able assistant in the camera room, but is becoming an accomplished photographer in her own right, with an especially keen eye for those special "moments" at a wedding. Whether assisting with a newborn in the studio, a high school senior on location, or in the midst of a busy wedding, she's an invaluable part of the Prior Creative Images team.
When not assisting or shooting herself, she's assisting our valued clients in choosing and ordering their portrait or wedding images. She then carefully reviews all orders to assure they are complete and meet our quality standards before presenting your finished prints to you.
Nothing preserves those memories better than professional-quality photography, true art that will be reflected upon and enjoyed for years to come. And as we say, "Don't trust your once-in-a-lifetime memories to a once-in-awhile photographer!"
